About Certified Personal Trainer, Jean Daniel
Jean Daniel is a former high school and college athlete who has always had an interest in sports and fitness. Having struggled on and off with weight for many years, he decided to get back into the health world by opening JDB Fitness. By providing clients in Huntington, New York, and the nearby areas with tailored exercise programs, he aims to make this world a healthier place.
Jean Daniel is highly experienced in assessing client's fitness needs, as well as in implementing strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and exercise for weight loss programs. He is passionate about leading and motivating his clients to obtain the results they seek. He looks forward to inspire athletes of all levels and abilities, whether they're beginners, have special needs, or are seasoned athletes.

Jean Daniel is also a culinary-school and restaurant-trained chef, having provided his services to a number of high-end restaurants. While living in France, he discovered a more focused approach to weight loss and having battled it himself throughout the years, he knew exactly what to do. Along with traditional, yet personalized fitness plans, he keeps in mind the importance of food. This gives a holistic approach to his client's fitness goals.
